2. What data we collect

  • Email enquiries: when you email us, we process your name, email address, message and any other details you provide.
  • Game leaderboard: the nickname you enter, your score and the date. The nickname is shown publicly, so do not use your full name unless you want to.
  • Technical data: the server keeps standard log data (IP address, time, requested page) for security.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • Replying to enquiries and quote requests — pre-contractual steps (GDPR 6.1 b) and legitimate interest (6.1 f).
  • Game leaderboard — legitimate interest; a score is saved only if you choose to save it.
  • Website security and abuse prevention — legitimate interest (6.1 f).

4. Cookies and browser storage

  • PHPSESSID — essential session cookie that saves game results. Deleted when you close the browser.
  • lang — remembers your language choice for 12 months.
  • Browser local storage — sound setting and leaderboard nickname. This data stays on your own device.
  • Fonts and the game engine are served from our own server, not from third-party services.

5. Retention

  • Emails are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact.
  • Leaderboard entries are kept until you ask us to remove them or the leaderboard is reset.
  • Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

6. Disclosure

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is stored on our hosting provider’s server, which processes it on our behalf and according to our instructions.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Send your request to [email protected].

You can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman, tietosuoja.fi.

We may update this policy when our service changes. The current version is always on this page.
